CLASS CARDS

(For Belly Dance, Tribal Fusion, Zumba & Belly2Abs):

You can  purchase discounted class cards for either 6 classes or 12 classes.

The 6 class card is available for 40 euro (1 class free) and is valid for 3 months - it can be used for ALL Belly Dance, Belly2Abs and Zumba classes.

The 12 class card is available for 72 euro (3 classes free) and is valid for 6 months - it can be used for ALL Belly Dance, Belly2Abs and Zumba classes.

Class Description:

Belly Dance

Mainly Covering Belly Dance styles from Turkey and Egypt (in traditional forms as well as in modern fusions), this class focuses on  basic strengthening exercises, dance movements and techniques as well as short combinations and choreographies.

Tribal Fusion Dance

With a focus on Technique, Posture and Movement typical for Tribal Style Belly Dance, this class will work on Tribal Group Improvisations in ATS (American Tribal Style) and Tribal Fusion techniques  as well as combinations and choreographies in a variety of Tribal Fusion styles.

Belly2Abs

Developed by Adriana Echeverri from Miami (www.belly2abs.com), this certified program is new in Ireland. It focuses on all the fitness and toning aspects of Belly Dance and brings it to another level by adding weights and a waist trimmer, and ending with some relaxation techniqes. You'll be fit and toned in no time, while feeling like a goddess! ;-)

Zumba

Zumba? You know! The latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness party!! ;-) Feel the music an let loose! ;-)

Introductory price 5 euro - all proceeds of Friday's class will go to Wexford Educate Together National School!!

Zumbatomic

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love!

Khelashi Kids

Each class consists of warm up games and Yoga, practicing Belly Dance basics and learning a choreography and finishing with some stretches, storytelling and/or meditation.
Different styles of dance are practiced in turn, from turkish, egyptian to indian and spanish dance. Performance opportunities included! ;-)
For children from 5 - 12 years old

PRICE: 

40 euro for 6 weeks term

Spanish Dance

This class provides an introduction of the dance form of Flamenco with it’s posture, emotions and basic moves. Part of the class is the practice of the Sevillanas - a dance traditional in the South of Spain which is danced with a partner (male or female) but can also be learned individually - as well as simple choreographies either in Flamenco or in Spanish/Arabic Fusion styles.

 

 ZUMBA WORKSHOP FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!!

If you are looking for something fun and healthy to do with the whole family, this ZumbAtomic Family class is designed so that everyone, from small to tall, can enjoy these rockin’, high-energy fitness parties! Packed with specially choreographed, family-friendly routines and all the music kids and their parents love!
